If you're here, you're probably looking for ways to get stronger and more powerful on the bike. Traditional strength and weight lifting programs are a good way to go about this. But often, balance and symmetry are over-looked and they're the quickest way to feeling better and more efficient on the bike.My name is John Weirath and I've been a physical therapist and bike fitter for over 20 years. The more experience I gain (and the more technology I invest in), the more convinced I am that an expertly executed bike fit can have a dramatic effect on the health and enjoyment of the rider. In nearly every bike fit though we come to a point where further adjustment of the bike won't help much.  In this case we need to turn to the other end of the equation in a bike fit -- our body.mountain bike fitSymmetry goes a long way on the bike. The bike is perfectly symmetrical, but often we're not.I've done thousands of bike fits using the best technology available -- infrared motion capture, 3D saddle pressure analysis, high speed video -- and I can tell you that the vast majority of riders (at least 90%) do not sit square on their saddle. This is the end result of the bike having perfect symmetry while our bodies do not.By working on our body and the inevitable weaknesses and imbalances (yes, we all have them) we can improve how we move on the bike. I've found that improvements in symmetry are felt significantly more than strength gains alone.Strength training is great and should be included in every cyclist's training plan but if not managed properly can often do little to improve how balanced a rider's strength and power is put through each pedal.

I call it "neuro-mobility" training because the only way to make a true difference on the bike is to incorporate the nervous system into the training plan.Through thousands of client interactions I've had a unique view into the most common and insidious bike fit issues. This program is built around the needs of cyclists by helping to correct these common and persistent problems.

What's Included

This program is roughly 60 pages of written instruction and 15 demonstration videos chronicling how to go about fixing the imbalances that most cyclists develop.  Not only are there explicit exercises, but there are also multiple stages built into the program to take the guesswork out of which exercises are the most important for your development.  So you don't need a degree to figure out which movements you can put aside and which ones will solve your knee pain, saddle numbness, or back pain.If you want a free taste of what some of my other videos are like, here's a playlist of cycling exercises from my YouTube channel (and while you're there, I'd love it if you'd subscribe):https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvTzTHXcSNRTb2fOb_dmA7IaACjua3l7E
